Like dong an Ironman or other ultra-event, it's important to monitor yourself and stay within your limits if you choose to participate. The result of doing the challenge will be improved fitness. There will be some recovery efforts/days worked into the 32 program to make it reasonable for most experienced athletes to complete, but if you need additional rest, please be sure to schedule it according to your personal needs. Good luck.Coach Troyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09306868354049155432noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1492959360683081742.post-28904072469144856082011-11-25T06:55:08.035-08:002011-11-25T06:55:08.035-08:00Hmmm. My hardest lesson to stick to is to set aside a rest day each week, no matter how much I'm addicted to the saddle. My times have improved dramatically. What's your thinking as a coach?SMPhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12881076104335257906noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1492959360683081742.post-66168219009550492872011-11-23T20:35:57.969-08:002011-11-23T20:35:57.969-08:00Jenny, I think it is possible with a basic plan.
